Sound Yoga

Master Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer Derek Duke Noble will heal and restore you through an interactive experience of sound healing, yoga, and guided meditation. The experience begins with some light yoga to get the energy flowing. Then Derek will create sounds with ancient Tibetan singing bowls—sacred tools that reconnect you to your inner healing mechanism and cleanse and heal your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual being.
