RunFit Power Lunch

On Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon, our professional running coaches will guide you through a five-minute dynamic-stretching warmup, a 30-minute running workout (including hill and interval training) on our XPRience immersive VR treadmill, and a 10-minute strength and flexibility session. People of all fitness and running levels are welcome.
