Marathon Training – Speedwork

This session builds anaerobic fitness for the serious athlete. A certified running coach will give you a dynamic-stretching warmup, a track-style interval workout (race-pace running segments interspersed with rest intervals) on our unique XPRience VR treadmill, and a strength-and-flexibility session. Pace and distance are all adjusted to the runner’s current fitness level, and the wide variety of VR courses extends from a 400-meter track to a mountain in Tibet.
