An easy-paced session geared toward runners who have had a race or a long run on the weekend. No pain, no strain—just a pleasant cruise on our XPRience immersive VR treadmills to shake out the muscles on easy terrain after the hard weekend effort. The session is also an ideal no-pressure introduction for beginning runners.
